LayerOff refers to a basic CAD operation: switching a layer off. The layer is not deleted; its information remains embedded in the drawing, temporarily withdrawn from view while continuing to organise the work.
The name frames this portfolio’s focus on the operative structures behind architectural production: project information, workflow logic, rules, dependencies, decision paths and intermediate representations. These are the working layers that shape an architectural outcome but are often absent from its final presentation.
The projects presented here examine how computational design and applied AI can make these structures more legible, reviewable and useful, without displacing architectural authorship or professional responsibility.

Full profile →I am a Berlin-based architect and project lead with 13 years of experience across HOAI phases 1–8, from competitions and early design through planning permission, construction documentation, coordination and delivery.
I studied architecture at the University of Zagreb and have worked in Berlin and Munich since 2013, including at OOW, June14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff, Lena Wimmer Architects, Aukett + Heese, GRAFT and Wiel Arets Architects.
Member of the Architektenkammer Berlin since May 2025.
